Rooms had good space and were clean. Check-in process was a bit slow, which was frustrating after a long drive.

Great bed in a pet-friendly room. Great design. Prime and wonderful location to Dolly Parton's Stampede.

The location of the hotel is magnificent, right by the river, restaurants, shows, and attractions on the parkway and the center of Pigeon Forge. And it's by French Broad River. This venue offers neat and cheap rooms with private balconies, a towel.

The suite we stayed in was fantastic! the comfy beds and clean, new bathrooms made us feel right at home. the extra sitting area was a nice bonus, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

I personally found the soundproofing in our balcony room a bit lacking, as I could hear cars passing by.

They had a nice breakfast selection to choose from.

The Wi-Fi came and went from time to time

The room was moldy looking in spots. Walls were dirty. Pool could have been kept up better, it had a lot of trash around it.

The hotel is well-managed by attentive staff. I had a neat and pet-friendly room with a view, making my stay very enjoyable. The location is magnificent and perfect, close to attractions.

I like the pool and The room was ok. Breakfast was good but could use a meat like sausage or bacon.

The wifi never did work for me...at all. I was on limited and couldn't look up any locations for things to do or anything

The hotel is licated between 2 race tracks, yet, when inside it us so quiet you would never know it! It is in a great location & yhe staff was very heloful & friendly!

This hotel is extremely clean, offers downtown views, and boasts a fantastic location alongside the river.

The room was a bit small but we weren't there to stay in the room. My daughter loved to pool. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. Fairly quite as well. Good value for the money.

This hotel is centrally located close to town and attractions with peaceful surroundings, and I had a room offering fantastic views of the downtown area.

Our stay was very average. I requested a room on the back..got a room on the front wich would have been fine if all the back were full before I got there..but they were not full talked to other people that walked off the street and got room on back..I wasn't happy.

this place is awesome and stunning. Our stay here was pleasant, and the staff was really nice and provided top-notch service. The location is super central, close to the island 🌴.
